2010 African Cup of Nations

In Saturday’s Third Place Final match in Benguela, Nigeria and Algeria will clash. The match for the third place is always very difficult to play for both teams involved as they were hoping to fight for the title and so they enter the game after losing an important match. Nigeria are definitely in a better position here as Algeria will miss three players through suspension but that doesn’t have to mean anything.

Who will win in Saturday’s match?

I use the colour method to place teams in an astro chart.

Nigeria's home sports kit is green in colour, while Algeria's away sports kit is also green in colour.

Nigeria have the home field advantage so they will wear their home sport kit (green) and Algeria must wear their home sport kit (white), which will easily recognized by spectators). The DSC sign Cap refers to dark colour shades; the DSC is Nigeria, and Algeria with white sports kit fits with Can (white) and ASC.

First, the Moon is VOC, so nothing unexpected will happen , i.e. the favourite will win. Who is the favourite? According to the odds, the favourite is Nigeria. We must check this out to see if we can see that from this chart.

Accidental dignities are:

Moon= +8

Sa= +3

This is not so much difference, so we look at essential dignities and they are:

Moon= - 5

So, Sa, i.e. DSC team, really has the advantage! Sa is in the sign of its exaltation. The team whose significator is in the sign of its exaltation will take the field believing it is the teams of the gods playing mere mortals. Such an attitude makes that team more likely to win.

After looking at the chart I left the my prediction that Nigeria will win on the Horary section of the Horoscopeschat Forum 1,5 hour before match.

After the match on the http://news.bbc.co.uk website I read the following text:

"Nigeria defeated a severely depleted Algerian side 1-0 to claim third place at the Africa Cup of Nations. Striker Victor Obinna Nsofor's brave 54th minute effort sealed the victory for the Super Eagles in Benguela."
