Tottenham begin their Europa League Group C campaign on Thursday (18.Sep.2014.) with a tough-looking match in Serbia against 25-times national champions Partizan Belgrade. Partizan currently sit top of the Serbian Super Liga having won their opening five matches of the season, but Partizan have failed to make it through their last five UEFA group stage campaigns since getting to the round of 16 via the inaugural UEFA Cup group stage in 2004/05.

19 days before the match I asked the question:

Will Partizan beat Tottenham?

Here is the chart cast for the date, place and time of when I asked the question:

After looking at the chart, I left my prediction that Partizan will not beat Tottenham in the Horary astrology section of the "Forum.hr" forum.

Because I am a huge Partizan's fan, we give Partizan the 1st house and its ruler Mars. Their opponent, Tottenham, is represented by the 7th house ruler, Venus.

At first sight I did not like this chart at all! Saturn is in 1st house! Anthony Louis, in his book "Horary Astrology Plain and Simple" says that Saturn in the first means things will not work out the way the Querant would like. So, at the very beginning I got NO answer to my question!

Next, let's see which ruler is stronger. In this type of question/chart we look for aspects within +/- 3 degree orb and if an aspecting planet is essentially dignified that helps ruler, if not - if it is its detriment, fall or is peregrine - that harms ruler.

Mars/Partizan is in its own sign, but in square with peregrine Venus - this harms Mars. Next, Mars is in conjunction with peregrine Saturn - this harms Mars also.

Venus/Tottenham squares Mars, but because Mars is in its own sign (essentially dignified) this aspect helps Venus.

Upon all these testimonies Partizan will not beat Tottenham!

On 18. Sep 2014. on the http://www.uefa.com website you could read the following:
