Partizan and Red Star lock horns today in a first of three clashes of the two Belgrade arch rivals in the remainder of the season. The first one is a Serbian Cup semi-final, first leg, and undoubtedly the one with the lightest psychological burden on the two teams, as the respective coaches both have announced open, attack-minded approaches on Wednesday afternoon.

Who will win?

This is the event horary chart cast for the date, time and place where the match was to be held:

After looking at chart, I left my prediction in the Horary section of the Node-o-Rama Forum in the topic thread: “Partizan vs Crvena Zvezda” a few hours before kick-off!

First, we must see who is who in this chart. For this purpose I use the colour method to assign the ASC ruler and DSC ruler to teams. The Ascendant ruler and Lord 10 represents one team; the Descendant ruler and Lord 4 (being the 10th house from the 7th) represents the other team. When I write the 'colour method', I mean that I assign the ASC rulers and DSC rulers according to the colours of their respective sports's kit (see 1st page of this website).

As Partizan's sport kit is white/black that perfectly fits with Me/white in Ar/black, so Partizan is represented by the ASC ruler. Crvena Zvezda (Red star) is therefore represent with the DSC ruler and Ju /red.

Both rulers are in succedent houses, so no-one has the advantage for now. Next, we look for the Moon's aspects. Generally, it is the last aspect the Moon makes within 5 degrees which gives the indication of victory, although conjunctions and aspects to either fortuna or her antiscion often give a cut-off point: thus far and no further.

So what we have here? We have a trine to Me, ruler of the 1st house (that is what we are interested in: other aspects are not important because they are not to the rulers of either the 1st or 7th houses). There is also a sextile with Sa, dispositor of POF. These two aspects are testimonies of the ASC team winning.

If you look carefully, you will notice that Ju's antiscion is at 18Vi35, just inside the 1st house which is a strong testimony of the ASC team's victory, because this placement tells us that the DSC team is in the power of the ASC team. Considering all these testimonies, I left the predicition that Partizan would win !

After the match on the website I read the following text:

"Tagoe brace crushes Red Star

Prince Tagoe is the new hero of Partizan fans. With two goals in the first leg of the Serbian Cup semi-final, the tall Ghana forward brought the black-whites a 2-0 win over arch rivals Red Star on Wednesday afternoon. Partizan will be brimming with confidence ahead of the second leg at Marakana, where they will be taking a healthy lead."
