Few athletes have dominated an event the way Rafael Nadal has dominated the French Open. Before this year, Nadal had lost only 14 sets in 53 matches at the French Open! This year Nadal seeks an eighth Roland Garros trophy!

A huge fan of the Rafael Nadal asked the question on June 01, 2013:

Will Rafael Nadal be the winner of the Roland Garros 2013?

She did not send the chart for her question, so I cast the horary chart   for the date, place and time of when I understood her question  and here is the chart:

After looking at the chart, I post her my answer at the same day on the Skyscript.co.uk Forum in the Sport and Speculation section:

The player the querent supports is given the first house, as an extension of the self, in the same way that the querent would say 'we won', despite not himself playing. So, Nadal gets 1st house ruler Moon. His opponents are represented with Saturn rx, ruler of the 7th house.

The Moon is angular, Saturn rx is in succedent house, this is advantage for Nadal. The Moon is stronger by dignities also, again an advantage for Nadal. But Moon is in the same degree as Nodes. Ivy Jacobson says: “Any planet or angle in the same degree as the Nodes points to a catastrophe, casualty, fatality or tragedy in a horary chart, the more far-reaching when a malefic is involved.” But Anthony Louis says that a planet in the nodal degrees shows a "fateful event," but not necessarily unpleasant. Here, Moon is in easy aspect with Nodes so I expect it will not be catastrophe event. Moreover, with Pluto right on DSC oponents cannot win, because were is Pluto there are problems! So, I would say  Nadal will win.

On 9. June 2013. on the http://www.france24.com website you could read the following:

"Rafael Nadal wins record eighth French Open title!

Rafael Nadal beat fellow Spaniard David Ferrer on Sunday to win a record eighth title at Roland Garros. The straight-set victory (6-3, 6-2, 6-3) capped a sweet return for the 27-year-old Spaniard after a seven-month layoff due to knee trouble."
